Please note:

  • We need a minimum one week to book your party.

  • We can book up to 6 months in advance!

  • There is no guarantee as our bookings are based on our performers availability.

  • we travel up to 35 miles or 45 minutes from Springfield home base or less than 1 hour travel time, one way.

  • We travel 35 miles from the zip code 22310. If you are outside of this range, let us know and we can discuss options with you!

  • We suggest you have your character arrive 30 minutes after your guests’ arrival to ensure that everyone may experience the character’s entrance.

  • Yes. We can show you proof of liability, upon request.

  • Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated by our performers.

  • Our performers are scheduled based on availability. While we cannot guarantee a specific performer, we can guarantee an amazing performace!
